The form of the vessel, yes, an ordinary bowl or mug, resonates for me. The curve of its silhouette is so varied - elegant or saucy or pudgy or plump or dignified... Each is different and yet the same, intended to hold something, to have contents. Here are my beginning explorations into the bowl as work - as art? - and I hope you'll enjoy them!
